A small, women-owned firm, SMT Architects is registered with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB), Cook County and the City of Chicago. In 2001 the firm was awarded the inaugural Groundbreakers Firm of the Year award by CDB for work done at Morraine View State Park.
